Subscriptions are in two categories (Basic & Pro)
Users are responsible for managing their subscription that fits their status

Forecasts and predictions do not guarantee winnings or financial gain.
We disclaim liability for any losses incurred from reliance on our content.
4. User Conduct
It is not intended for use by minors. Users must be of legal age to engage with lottery-related content.
You agree not to misuse, redistribute, or resell our content or services.
Any attempt to manipulate or exploit the platform may result in account termination.
5. Relationship with Lottery Organizations
We are not affiliated with, approved by, or officially endorsed by any lottery organization or regulatory body associated with the games featured on our platform. We do not hold any formal contract to disseminate lottery results on their behalf. All results provided are for informational purposes only and should be verified with the official lottery organization for accuracy.
Currently, our engagement with lottery providers is limited to:
Baba Ijebu (Premier Lotto): We operate as a registered Sales Agent and Terminal Operator.
Green Lotto: We serve as both a Principal Agent and Sales Agent (Terminal Operator).
We facilitate the sale of lottery tickets, and distribution of operating terminals to interested members of the public through these authorized roles.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, including forecasts, visual tools, and branding, is owned by Hologuti's VLB-Platform.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
7. Privacy & Data
We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the app, you consent to this data usage.
8. Limitation of Liability
Hologuti's VLB-Platform is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from use of the app, forecasts, or results. You agree to release Hologuti's VLB-Platform from any and all liability.
