Visual Lotto Board is the data controller responsible for the personal information collected through our platforms. We provide a results-checking service for Green Lotto games and do not operate, affiliate with, or represent the Green Lotto organisation itself.

This policy covers both platforms:

• Android App Green Lotto Results by Visual Lotto Board — available on Google Play Store

Where a section applies to only one platform, it is marked with the relevant badge. Where no badge is shown, the section applies to both platforms.

Neither the website nor the Android app requires you to create an account or log in. We do NOT collect your name, email address, phone number, or any identifying information directly. However, certain information is collected automatically through the third-party services we use.

Website If you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter via the Visual Lotto Board website, your email address is collected and stored in our database solely to send you product updates and announcements. This is entirely optional. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.

3.3 What We Do NOT Collect

• Your name, phone number, or address
• Payment information of any kind
• Lottery tickets, bets, or gambling activity
• Precise GPS or real-time location
• Contacts, photos, files, or any device content
• Microphone or camera data

We use the automatically collected information for the following purposes:

• To understand how users interact with our platforms and improve the user experience
• To monitor performance, identify errors, and fix bugs
• To understand our audience's geography and tailor content appropriately
• To measure the effectiveness of our presence on Google Search
• To display relevant advertisements through Google AdSense (website) and Google AdMob (Android app)
• To send product update emails to newsletter subscribers (website only, opt-in)

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that affect you, nor do we use it for profiling beyond what the third-party analytics services described in this policy perform on our behalf.

We use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy which governs how they handle data on our behalf. We encourage you to review their policies directly.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Website The Green Lotto Results website uses cookies — small text files stored on your device — to enable analytics and advertising functionality.

Cookies We Use

• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — track page visits, session duration, and user behaviour to help us improve the website
• Advertising cookies (Google AdSense) — used to serve relevant advertisements and measure their performance

We retain analytics data in Google Analytics and Firebase Analytics for 14 months by default, after which it is automatically deleted by Google. Newsletter subscriber email addresses are retained for as long as you remain subscribed. Upon unsubscription, your email address is removed from our mailing list within 30 days.

We do not store any personally identifiable information on our own servers beyond newsletter email addresses. Lottery result data stored in our Supabase database contains no personal information.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Right to access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Right to deletion — request that we delete your personal data
• Right to object — object to the processing of your data for analytics or advertising
• Right to opt out of personalised ads — via Google's ad settings or your Android device settings
• Right to unsubscribe — from our newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link in our emails

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us via the details in Section 11. We will respond within 30 days. Note that since we collect very limited personal data directly, most requests will be directed to the relevant third-party service (e.g. Google Analytics, AdSense, AdMob).

Green Lotto Results is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take immediate steps to delete that information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of the website or Android app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
